Abstract

Invasive Cervical Resorption (ICR) merupakan lesi resorpsi agresif yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan struktur gigi permanen dan berakhir pada kehilangan gigi apabila tidak ditangani sejak dini. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penatalaksanaan kolaboratif multidisiplin (konservasi gigi, bedah mulut, dan radiologi) pada kasus ICR. Seorang pasien perempuan berusia 35 tahun dengan riwayat trauma pada insisivus sentral maksila kiri dan pernah menjalani perawatan ortodonti cekat. Pemeriksaan klinis dan Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) mengonfirmasi adanya ICR Kelas III menurut Heithersay dengan keterlibatan subkrestal. Prosedur perawatan meliputi terapi saluran akar menggunakan sealer biokeramik, debridemen bedah untuk menghilangkan jaringan granulasi, serta restorasi defek menggunakan material biokeramik bioaktif yang dilanjutkan dengan restorasi komposit injeksi untuk rehabilitasi estetik. Keberhasilan penatalaksanaan ICR sangat bergantung pada diagnosis yang akurat berbasis CBCT, penggunaan material yang biokompatibel, serta pendekatan kolaboratif multidisiplin yang minimal invasif.
