Lanskap Riset Global tentang Infertilitas Akibat Pekerjaan dan Faktor Risiko Lingkungan: Analisis Bibliometrik Publikasi Scopus

Infertilitas akibat kerja menjadi isu kesehatan global akibat paparan bahaya di tempat kerja yang memengaruhi kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan lanskap global riset terkait infertilitas kerja dengan fokus pada faktor risiko lingkungan melalui analisis bibliometrik data Scopus. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Biblioshiny dan VOSviewer untuk mengkaji tren publikasi, distribusi geografis, penulis, dan klaster tematik periode 2015–2025. Hasil menunjukkan tren publikasi meningkat dengan puncak pada 2021 (24 artikel). Amerika Serikat menjadi kontributor terbesar, dengan Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health sebagai institusi paling berpengaruh. International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health menjadi jurnal utama. Analisis kata kunci mengidentifikasi tiga klaster: paparan okupasional dan gangguan endokrin; parameter andrologi dan kualitas semen; serta metodologi studi klinis. Studi dengan sitasi tinggi menegaskan dampak logam berat, pestisida, dan faktor gaya hidup terhadap fertilitas. Kesimpulannya, riset semakin bersifat multidisipliner dan menuntut kebijakan kesehatan kerja serta intervensi terarah untuk mengurangi dampak paparan lingkungan terhadap kesehatan reproduksi.
