Abstract

Kualitas tidur merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kondisi fisiologis pasien hemodialisis, termasuk tekanan darah. Gangguan tidur sering terjadi pada pasien hemodialisis dan berpotensi meningkatkan risiko hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan tekanan darah pre-dialisis pada pasien hemodialisis. Penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional dilakukan pada 92 pasien hemodialisis di RSU Royal Prima Medan. Kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), sedangkan tekanan darah diukur sebelum tindakan hemodialisis. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman dan regresi linear dengan tingkat signifikansi p<0.05. Sebagian besar responden memiliki kualitas tidur buruk (73.9%) dan tekanan darah sistolik tinggi (69.6%). Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kualitas tidur dengan tekanan darah sistolik (r=0.412; p=0.001) dan diastolik (r=0.365; p=0.002). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa kualitas tidur berpengaruh terhadap tekanan darah sistolik (?=2.15; 95% CI=0.98–3.32; p=0.001). kesimpulan penelitian bahwa kualitas tidur yang buruk berhubungan dengan peningkatan tekanan darah pre-dialisis pada pasien hemodialisis.
