Abstract

Prestasi belajar merupakan indikator penting keberhasilan pendidikan yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kondisi kesehatan siswa. Status gizi, kadar hemoglobin, dan aktivitas fisik merupakan faktor internal yang berperan dalam fungsi kognitif dan konsentrasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan status gizi, kadar hemoglobin, dan aktivitas fisik dengan prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 226 siswa kelas XII yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Status gizi diukur menggunakan IMT/U, kadar hemoglobin diukur dengan alat Easy Touch, aktivitas fisik diukur menggunakan kuesioner IPAQ, dan prestasi belajar diperoleh dari nilai akademik siswa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p < 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi, kadar hemoglobin, dan aktivitas fisik dengan prestasi belajar siswa (p < 0.05). Siswa dengan status gizi baik, kadar hemoglobin normal, dan aktivitas fisik sedang hingga berat memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan status kesehatan dan aktivitas fisik siswa berperan penting dalam mendukung prestasi belajar.
