Determinasi Kualitas Respectful Maternity Care pada Persalinan terhadap Intensi Pemilihan Kontrasepsi Pascasalin: Pendekatan Model Perilaku Reproduksi

Implementasi RMC yang belum optimal berpotensi memengaruhi pengalaman persalinan dan keputusan kesehatan reproduksi pascasalin, termasuk pemilihan kontrasepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinasi kualitas Respectful Maternity Care terhadap intensi pemilihan kontrasepsi pascasalin berdasarkan model perilaku reproduksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 132 ibu bersalin di RSU Bahagia Makassar yang dipilih menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Variabel independen adalah kualitas Respectful Maternity Care, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah intensi pemilihan kontrasepsi pascasalin. Uji Chi-square dan korelasi Spearman digunakan pada analisis bivariat, sedangkan analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kualitas RMC dengan intensi pemilihan kontrasepsi pascasalin (p = 0.001). Analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa kualitas RMC merupakan faktor paling dominan yang memengaruhi intensi pemilihan kontrasepsi pascasalin (OR = 3.21; 95% CI = 1.58–6.52). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas Respectful Maternity Care selama persalinan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan intensi pemilihan kontrasepsi pascasalin
