Faktor - Faktor yang Memengaruhi Kepatuhan Petugas Kesehatan Dalam Menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri

Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) merupakan komponen penting dalam upaya pencegahan infeksi dan keselamatan kerja tenaga kesehatan. Meskipun regulasi sudah ditetapkan, tingkat kepatuhan petugas kesehatan dalam menggunakan APD di fasilitas kesehatan primer, termasuk puskesmas pedesaan, masih bervariasi dan belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepatuhan petugas kesehatan dalam penggunaan APD di Puskesmas Balantak Selatan, Kabupaten Banggai. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan populasi seluruh tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Balantak Selatan sebanyak 42 orang yang diambil dengan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan regresi logistik dengan batas kemaknaan p<0.05. Mayoritas responden berpengetahuan tinggi (73.8%), bersikap positif (52.4%), dan menilai lingkungan kerja cukup kondusif (64.3%). Tingkat kepatuhan menunjukkan 45.2% patuh, 19.0% sangat patuh, dan 35.7% kurang patuh. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan (p=0.003), sikap (p=0.002), lingkungan kerja (p=0.001), pelatihan (p=0.001), kebijakan (p=0.000), dukungan manajemen (p=0.000), dan ketersediaan APD (p=0.000) dengan kepatuhan penggunaan APD. Sebaliknya, budaya kerja tidak berhubungan signifikan (p=0.200). Kepatuhan penggunaan APD dipengaruhi oleh faktor individual dan struktural, terutama pengetahuan, sikap, pelatihan, dukungan manajemen, kebijakan, lingkungan kerja, dan ketersediaan APD.
