Hubungan antara VAS (Visual Analog Scale) Nyeri dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh Sebelum dan Setelah Blok Saraf Genikular dengan Panduan Ultrasound Pada Pasien Osteoartritis Sendi Lutut

Osteoartritis (OA) adalah gangguan sendi yang paling sering. Pasien OA genu menderita nyeri sendi, kekakuan, ketidakstabilan, dan pembengkakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis VAS dengan IMT Sebelum dan Setelah Blok Saraf Genikular pada Pasien Osteoartritis Lutut di Poliklinik Ortopedi Rumah Sakit Bahteramas Kendari. Metode penelitian ini bersifat quasi-eksperimental dengan menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest tanpa kelompok kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien OA rawat jalan poliklinik Ortopedi Rumah Sakit Bahteramas Kendari bulan Oktober-November tahun 2023. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 29 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Data diambil dengan menggunakan quesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman dengan nilai p value > 0.05 dan uji Wilcoxon dengan nilai p value < 0.05. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji Spearman adalah 0.705 (p value >0.05) yang berarti VAS tidak berhubungan dengan IMT sebelum GNB dan 0.961 (p value >0.05) yang berarti VAS tidak berhubungan dengan IMT setelah GNB. Hasil uji Wilcoxon adalah 0.000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan VAS sebelum dan setelah GNB. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa VAS tidak berhubungan dengan IMT sebelum dan setelah GNB dan terdapat perbedaan VAS sebelum dan setelah GNB.
