Efektivitas Senam Yoga dalam Menurunkan Intensitas Dismenore pada Remaja Putri

Abstract

Dismenore adalah gangguan ginekologis paling umum yang dialami oleh remaja putri, dengan prevalensi global mencapai 50–90%. Di Indonesia, prevalensinya mencapai 64.25%, dengan sebagian besar mengalami nyeri sedang hingga berat. Kondisi ini berdampak negatif pada kualitas hidup, aktivitas belajar, dan kesehatan mental. Senam yoga merupakan intervensi nonfarmakologis yang diyakini mampu mengura ngi intensitas nyeri melalui mekanisme fisiologis dan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh senam yoga terhadap intensitas dismenore pada remaja putri. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest. Sampel berjumlah 53 remaja putri yang mengalami dismenore, dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi berupa senam yoga selama 30 menit, dua kali dalam seminggu. Tingkat nyeri diukur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) dan dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rerata skor nyeri menurun dari 5.34 (SD=1.786) sebelum intervensi menjadi 3.04 (SD=1.675) setelah intervensi. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan penurunan nyeri yang signifikan secara statistik (p = 0.000). Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa senam yoga terbukti efektif menurunkan intensitas nyeri dismenore secara signifikan pada remaja putri. Intervensi ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai strategi promotif dan preventif di lingkungan pendidikan, mengingat efektivitasnya secara fisiologis dan psikologis.
