Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Akses Pelayanan di UPTD Puskesmas

Pelayanan Kesehatan (UPTD) merupakan organisasi kesehatan pelayanan komprehensif, termasuk pengobatan penyakit dan pencegahan kepada masyarakat atau puskesmas merupakan sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan layanan kesehatan secara paripurna melalui berbagai jenis pelayanan, termasuk rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi akses pelayanan di UPTD Puskesmas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan random sampling. Variabel dependen penelitian adalah akses pelayanan, sedangkan independen variabelnya adalah faktor sosial ekonomi dan pengetahuan. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji data kategori chi square Test (X2) pada tingkat kemaknaannya adalah 95% (P ? 0.05). Berdasarkan hasil uji chi square Test (X2) didapatkan dari 60 responden Sosial ekonomi sebanyak 37 orang (84.1%) dengan nilai p-value 0.669 > 0.05, pengetahuan sebanyak 41 orang (89.1%) nilai p-value 0.374 > 0.05. Kesimpulan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktor sosial ekonomi, pengetahuan terhadap Akses Pelayanan di UPTD Puskesmas.
